homophones

So, Beth is, like, Queen of the Interwebs. I have no idea how she knows all of these excellent websites, but she just does. She recently pointed me to this blog about funny cakes. I thought she said "Cake Rex," so I searched for that. I was picturing something like this:


which was funny, so I thought it would be correct. The Wonder which is Google produced what I was actually looking for, which is Cake Wrecks (first result!). I was immediately filled with something between confusion and shame. Seriously, Cake Rex? That makes no sense. Thankfully, someone else went there too:


Phew. The site is quite hilarious, so I suggest you check it out. Who knew such hilarity could result from baking?

Oh, and, related to cakes but not to cake wrecks, Katie made an AMAZING cake for the Super Bowl. It was not only delicious, but look at it:


I have enough trouble getting my frosting not to mix with pieces of cake...I could never do something like this. Go, Katie!
